Being an oenologist and agronomist, I scrupulously take care of every aspect of wine production, starting from the soil up to the bottle.

I strongly believe that viticulture and oenology aren’t watertight compartments, so my goal is to give voice to the producer as individual.

Therefore, as a consultant:

– I personally follow each step of  the production process, from the soil to the bottle, contextualizing it

– I try to respect each land’s natural features, without forcing them

– In order to make a tailor made product, I listen to producers and get acquaintance with the company and its people, so that I can figure out what they’d like to express through their wine.
